The information we hold is school names, school emails and usernames of schools that have registered with the Motus App. We also hold the total points of each school and what activities they have completed each week.
How the app collects information
The app collects the information mentioned above and it goes through to a database that is confidential to only Motus Learning Ltd staff.
We only collect data from users with accounts.
How the information is being used
We keep track of how many schools are using the app to record how popular the app is and to improve our website application. We keep track of points and number of activities completed to note what schools are the most active and what schools deserve mental health awards.
How the collected information is stored and shared
The data is stored in a password protected database that is only accessible by Motus Learning Ltd staff.
The information is shared with third parties in the form of software developers to improve the application and third parties who monitor analytics in the form of cookies.
Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation.
The online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
